How does silicone work?
Scars require an optimal balance between hydration and oxygenation to heal properly. Medical grade silicone:
It completely envelops the scar, maintaining hydration and preventing excessive moisture loss.
It is semi-permeable, allowing oxygen to penetrate the tissue.
Normalizes collagen production, leading to flatter, softer and more even scars.
Silicone is non-toxic, safe for sensitive skin and can even be used on children's skin. Results are visible for both old and new scars.

Surgeries
Burns
Traumatic injuries
Contraindications
Do not use on open wounds or damaged skin.
Avoid use if you have a rash or active dermatological conditions.
Stop use and consult a doctor if a rash develops.
Composition
Medical polymerized siloxanes (clear silicone gel).
User Instructions for Pro-Sil™️
Clean and dry the scar area before application.
Apply Pro-Sil™️ liberally to the entire scar, several times a day.
For SPF versions: apply 15 minutes before sun exposure.
Recommended duration:
24 hours/day for optimal efficiency.
If 24 hours is not possible, use the product a minimum of 12 hours/day for 8-12 weeks.
To remove, wipe gently with a clean cloth or tissue.
Warnings, Precautions and Adverse Reactions
Possible complications include:
Superficial skin maceration
Temporary skin discoloration (more common in dark skin)
Itching or rash due to poor hygiene
Recommendations:
Stop use for 12 hours in case of rash.
If symptoms persist, see a doctor.
For children under 5, use under adult supervision.
Children under 6 months: consult a doctor before use.
Delivery and Storage Conditions
The product is supplied in protective packaging.
Store between 13°C and 35°C (55°F - 95°F).

The only problem was that I have
Ordered the PRO Sil stick without SPF and I was sent the one
With SPF , and when I phoned you I was told that this is the only one you have left and that it's pretty much the same anyway but I can return it if I want. You assured me it was the same as it is obviously different to the normal one.
I chose to keep it because I didn't have time to bother with the return. You could have called me when processing the order and informed me that you no longer had it in stock but you preferred to take the money and fool me for 200 lei.
It is an ok product but a bit expensive.
